How the estimate works.
- We divide site area by your selected coverage assumptions and round up to estimate simultaneous guard posts and surveillance units. Site area alone cannot establish safe staffing or camera coverage.
- Guard costs use your hourly wage or billed rate, overhead and schedule, with 365 days per year. Guard posts are concurrent coverage positions, not total employee headcount. Overtime and vendor minimums are not separately scheduled; include them in your effective rate.
- Potential savings compare that guard baseline with a modeled Xnergy service budget, retained guard-hours and your one-time project costs. Final scope, placement and pricing require an assessment.
- Calculations exclude speculative theft prevention, insurance discounts and productivity gains. Remote surveillance does not replace every physical security duty.
